What we request of the Dealer after
account establishment:
1. Simply provide us with the VIN and
a short description of each vehicle to be added
to the site

times a vehicle is listed without accompanying pictures, we make
every attempt to keep these to a minimum. The Dealer retains
responsibility to list vehicles truthfully. This site will NOT
knowingly misrepresent a vehicle, however, in the event a vehicle is
not as advertised, AlabamaVehicles.com/Wiregrass
Advertising nor its owners/employees/contractors are in any way
responsible. We are simply an advertising venue for the Dealer. If
we are made aware of a dealer misrepresenting vehicles we will
reserve the right to remove that dealer's inventory from this site
either temporarily or permanently without refund of payment. In
addition, we make every effort to insure each vehicle is listed as
described by the Dealer, however mistakes are remotely possible.

the Dealer are in any way responsible. All vehicles listed in this
site are believed to be on the dealer's lot and ready for sale. This
site is not updated every minute and vehicles are generally sold on
a first-come, first-served basis, therefore there may be times a
vehicle will be listed on the site but has already been sold or has
become unavailable.
